Returns & Exchanges

Netix must be notified of returns and exchanges, other than manufacturing defects, within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@netixfitness.com.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the product has no wear & tear, the original hang tag is present and is in brand new condition.

If the return is buyer discretion, the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed once received. An email will be sent once the return or exchange is initiated. Please provide a Netix representative with your return tracking number in order to ensure the refund is processed in a timely manner.
- When returning an item, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty
Netix Fitness Products offers a 45-day warranty (from the date of purchase) on material and workmanship defects. Within the 45-day warranty period, your Netix bag will be repaired or replaced at no cost. Please note that punctures, scratches and normal wear & tear is not protected in this warranty.
